5. Delivery and Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in resalable condition. Users are responsible for return shipping costs.

15. Refer a Friend Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Refer a Friend program ("Program") is open to all customers of Apothecary Sussex ("Company") who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older.

2. Referral Reward: Customers who refer a friend to Apothecary Sussex will be eligible to receive a £10 voucher ("Referral Reward") for each successful referral. A successful referral is defined as a new customer who makes a purchase of £30 or more using the unique referral link provided by the referrer.

3. Minimum Purchase Requirement: To be eligible for the Referral Reward, the referred friend must make a minimum purchase of £30 on their first order at Apothecary Sussex.

4. Fraudulent Activity: The Company reserves the right to withhold Referral Rewards and disqualify participants found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

   • Creating multiple accounts to refer themselves.

   • Sharing referral links on coupon websites or with individuals who are not genuinely interested in becoming customers of Apothecary Sussex.

   • Misrepresenting the terms of the referral program to potential referrals.

5. Abuse of Program: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of participants found to be abusing the Program or violating these terms and conditions.

6. Maximum rewards: A maximum of 5 referrals can be made per month, totalling a maximum of £50 in money off for the new referred customer, and £50 in vouchers for the individual making the referral.

7. Modification or Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time without prior notice. Any changes or termination of the Program will be communicated through the Company's website or other appropriate channels.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, or failures in the operation of the Program, including but not limited to technical malfunctions or unauthorized access to participant accounts.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By participating in the Refer a Friend program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and make decisions regarding the Program in its sole discretion.
